Booking Our Services
BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE: Apartments whose price points are under $1500 for a 1 bedroom or under $1900 for 2 bedrooms and houses/townhomes with price points $750-$1000 tend not to work with apartment locators and or real estate agents which means they do not pay the commission that allows the $75 service fee to be refundable. However, we want you to be housed properly, and at a comfortable affordable budget, so we can create a custom budget-friendly list for a non-refundable $75 service fee.
